It's an elf with which you can handle open windows (books) and running elves in the phone.
It lets you configure shortcuts, keys to run elves/java applications and to open windows in the phone (like the Calendar).
It can show/hide open windows and stop elves. (If the elf supports it, but most of them does. Like this, it can show information about the author of the elf, and can configure it.)
